I've been married to my incredible husband, Geof, for 24 years. He is technically my first kid;) I am mother to one beautiful, loving 22 year old daughter, mother-in-law to her fun hubby, and YaYa to two amazing, fun spirited kiddos, 2 and 4 years old. My husband and I are both personal trainers and gym owners, and for the past four years I have been an MS fighter! I love God, my family, and believe that life on earth is short with no guarantees on number of days- we should make the most out of every single day and try to focus on the positives!
