Robert Sofia

Robert Sofia achieved success in business at a remarkably young age. By twenty-two he had already developed and launched a revolutionary marketing model for which he gained international recognition within his industry. By twenty four, he was hired into his first executive role as Vice President of Marketing for a thriving financial planning corporation where he went on to acquire his General Securities and Investment Advisor registrations from the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA). Robert was later recruited to serve as Vice President of a flourishing financial company that currently manages over $150,000,000.00 and which he is still a part of today. During this time, Robert simultaneously founded The GAIN group, Inc. with a focus on equipping young professionals with the tools to be successful in business. By sharing his unique brand of no-nonsense know-how, Robert is educating generation X’ers and Millennials within a variety of organizations to reach new heights.
