COMM & MEDIA ETHICS Hi! I am a BA Broadcast Communication student. My favorite book series is Percy Jackson & the Olympians because I learned a lot about Greek mythology through reading it. The author laced humor with the story making it enjoyable to read. My favorite film is Up. From my first time watching the film, I got inspired to explore more about my country, as well as the rest of the world. It became my favorite upon seeing the Fredricksens' house near Paradise Falls at the end of the film. My favorite media practitioner is Lourd de Veyra. I like the way he delivers his content, especially when I used to watch History with Lourd. He presents information not through the same old way of delivery; instead, he makes it interesting by including pop culture or making light (or not) jokes. I don't really have a favorite song since it changes all the time, or favorite band since I have a lot (Hale, Silent Sanctuary, Mayonnaise, etc.) Currently, my favorite song is Gaano Ko Ikaw Kamahal as covered by Itchyworms. It's my favorite because of one of its lines: "Ang pag-ibig ko'y hindi kukupas tulad din ng umaga may pag-asang sumisikat." My favorite meal is beef with broccoli. I like beef, I like broccoli and most of all, I like mushrooms. Essentially, any meal with mushrooms are wonderful for me. I love sleeping but the active side of me loves playing softball, engaging in theater productions, and cleaning the house. Most of the time, I just lurk on the internet reading about this and that.
