Iziaq S. Olawale(a.k.a The MINDgineer) was one of the regular Nigerian youths who always hold on to the popular ideology of "go to school, acquire a good certificate, get a job and you'll live a life of luxury and happiness". His life experienced a paradigm shift in 2007 when he finally discovered himself after serious self - examination, inquisitive reading, palpitating attention, so many trials and errors, failure, rejection and criticism. He failed both WAEC, NECO, and GCE more than six times. Also, he failed his first job interview woefully. He did not give up because he believes wonder can happen if we do not stop working. Olawale holds on to the belief that anybody with a gene is a genius. He believes everybody can become extraordinary if everybody discovers his/her position (his/herself) in the ball game of life and keep shooting sporadically from that angle. He started his first job as a class teacher in 2007, teaching 3 classes and earning N2,400 (amount less than $32 back then) as salary before advancing to earning 8× that figure within a Year. He believes progress is all about following the process. To get the prize, you must pay the price. Olawale has more than 9 Years experience in the hospitality industry, worked with highly - rated hotel and resort in Lagos and Ogun state respectively, where he had trained tens of front office staff. Olawale is the founder at " MINDgineering Institute Of Leadership(MIOL), an institute with faculty members in more than 8 countries across the global and saddled with the responsibility of developing exceptional leaders through consulting and training that birth transformation. He is also the founder at MINDgineering PUBLISHERS, an organization dedicated to providing business solutions, writing, book writing, book publishing and book marketing services.
