I always find it a little bit awkward when I’m asked a question such as “tell me about yourself.” What exactly do people really want to hear? Do they want a bold lie, like in an interview? Or do they want the honest truth? I can say a lot of things. I can manipulate, I can lie. Its something I’ve done for most of my life. I’m a good talker. I would love to stop right here to tell you the last part was a lie and go on about how great I am. But I can’t. So that being said, I started this blog for a couple reasons. Mainly I started it so I could finally be honest with myself and maybe this could somehow help someone along the way. I am a recovering drug addict, after the last 10 years of consistent abuse, I am clean. Proudly. I have started this blog with the hope that it might help people along the way. I know it's not a lot but sometimes being able to relate to someone is enough to know your not alone. I hope those who visit my blog enjoy. Thanks in advance for reading. -Crystal
