Kitchen life’s always been exciting. As a preteen (making pies and other “meals”). As a 15-year-old, fancy-restaurant busgirl (where many New Deli menu ideas sprouted). As a mom and owner of The New Deli (est. 1985), learning to cook fast, healthy, and well while the kids scrambled around. As an older lady, researching health solutions and making weird stuff like natto and coconut yogurt in the home kitchen. AND, blessed grandma with beautiful family and loved ones, loving Jesus!
