Thirty-five years teaching in schools with a range of socio-economic catchments fulfilling a variety of roles including Head of Faculty and Records of Achievement co-ordinator. Study for my Education Management qualification presented the opportunity to introduce a Behaviour Management policy at Westhoughton High School affirmed by OFSTED as good practice. Currently motivated by facilitating learning as a lifelong experience. Now (01/14 onwards) Course Director for Chemistry SRC Bede Sixth Form College, Billingham, Learning Coach with responsibility for liaison with Sedgefield Community College. Recently grade outstanding in SRC's internal OFSTED Live with bi-polar / BPD (Borderline Personality Disorder) and capitalise on the benefits of the creative thinking that this allows me.
