Nancy Abrolat

Nancy Abrolat is an employment law attorney based in Los Angeles, California, and the founder and president of Abrolat Law. Since starting her firm in 1995, Nancy has focused on advocating for employees, representing them in cases involving workplace rights, whistleblower protection, and class actions. Nancy began her academic journey at the University of the Pacific, earning a Bachelor’s degree in English with honors. She then went on to pursue her law degree at the University of California’s Hastings College of Law, graduating magna cum laude in 1990. Nancy has extensive experience in various areas of employment law, including discrimination, retaliation, whistleblower protection, and class actions. One of her most notable cases involved representing three FedEx employees who faced retaliation after raising safety concerns. The case ended in an $8 million verdict and prompted changes in FedEx’s maintenance policies, demonstrating Nancy’s commitment to justice and reform. Nancy Abrolat is a member of the California Employment Law Association and the Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles.
