Nancy has extensive experience in various areas of employment law, including discrimination, retaliation, whistleblower protection, and class actions. One of her most notable cases involved representing three FedEx employees who faced retaliation after raising safety concerns. The case ended in an $8 million verdict and prompted changes in FedEx’s maintenance policies, demonstrating Nancy’s commitment to justice and reform. Nancy Abrolat is a member of the California Employment Law Association and the Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles.
