Terry Fifield

Retired federal archaeologist, cultural resource manager, and tribal liaison. I really enjoyed my 37 year career (still going ~) and like to think back on the adventures, projects, people, and dilemmas of those years. I worked a little bit in New York and Pennsylvania in the mid 1970s, but primarily in New Mexico (1978-85) and Alaska (1985-2009) with a two year interlude in Oregon (1992-94). These days (2020) I teach a course or two a year as an adjunct Asst. Prof. It keeps me reading and thinking.
