I grew up in Peru Illinois with four younger siblings. I attended the University of Illinois in Urbana Champaign where I earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Biochemistry. I went on to attend the University of Illinois’ College of Dentistry where I earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree in 2004. I currently own a dental practice in Wheaton, IL. I am married to Dr. Danielle Bauer, originally from Homer Glen. Dr. Danielle is a Purdue graduate, a 2007 graduate of the UIC College of Dentistry, and a 2010 graduate of Orthodontics at UIC. We enjoy “Big Ten” sports and traveling. We have one boy named Bennett born in 2010. I love the practice of dentistry and am committed to continuing education; as evidenced by large number of courses I regularly attend. I believe that well-educated patients make the best patients and hope that this blog can supply answers to many of my patients questions. I want my patients to bring their dental concerns to me whenever they arise and feel confident they are in excellent hands in a caring practice that utilizes the best available technology.
